FMIC test fit

While waiting for the paint to dry I removed front bumper and fenders and tried to test the fitment of FMIC. There are many options to route the IC piping, first I need to move the battery and create a straight intake and other stuff. this is a HKS front mount intercooler with subaru impreza piping kit..

Front bumper removed

Plastic side panels

I bought a pair of plastic side panels and painted them.

Side panel painted, dried, and fitted.

Rear seat bolts

The rear seat backs have 3 bolts each, 2 near the center, and 1 on the side.

Rear seats out

The bottom part of rear seat is out. its very simple to take it out - in seconds.

Leather rear seats

Replaced the rear seats with leather ones. I`m not sure if I will replace the fronts someday. In winter its cold to sit and in summer its too hot. Maybe some UV window tinting would help :/

Car polishing, waxing

Car being polished and waxed with two stage product Pure Guard: Glaze. took me some 3-4 hours or so, some hangover and beer drinking in the process :D

front wheel got damaged, but not so badly. it still holds air pressure! :D but this wheel set is going to be trashed :(

Magnetic oil drain bolt

Magnetic oil drain plug. the bolt has magnet to catch metallic particles in oil sump

Filtermag is a magnet to attach to oil filter to catch magnetic particles to the side of the oil filter
